A shared record of the internship, kept week by week.
Internship & Project Tracker replaces the paper logbook, the scattered e-mails and the end-of-term spreadsheet with one place where interns, supervisors and both organisations can see the same plan.
What it does
- Weekly plans. Each intern keeps a 12-week plan with objectives, tasks, deliverables, questions and notes. Progress updates as tasks are completed.
- Evidence. Interns attach files and links to each week, so the work behind a score can always be checked.
- Supervision. University and host supervisors give feedback and a score for each week, and can produce a signed PDF report.
- Administration. Universities add students in bulk, host organisations accept interns, and both manage their own supervisors and departments.
Who it is for
It is built for attachment and internship programmes where a student works at a host organisation while their university or college assesses them. Both sides use it. Interns sign up themselves, and each organisation confirms the people who belong to it, so nobody sees records they shouldn't.
How we look after data
Access is limited by role and organisation, administrators sign in with two-step verification, uploaded evidence stays private, and the data is stored in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden). Old, unused personal details are cleaned up automatically.
